My approach to wellness is different because it’s based on the belief that the best way to increase your energy and boost your radiance is through Ayurveda and Divine Feminine healing. 


I don’t approach wellness as a list of good vs. bad, this or that. It’s simply a question of whether foods, behaviors, and mindsets will bring you closer or further away from your highest self - that's your unlimited potential!

In Ayurveda, there’s a term, svasthya, that means complete health - physical, emotional, sexual, and spiritual. It’s also the feeling of being comfortable in your own skin.
