Join me to reconnect with and honor your body through pranayama, meditation, and journaling practice. There will also be a guided discussion and an opportunity to share with your sisters.
Sunday, June 12th at 2 PM EST
Chapter 12, Marking Territory
In this workshop, you'll create a timeline of your life to identify when parts and pieces of you have died. You'll note which places need to be remembered, which ones need to be forgiven, and which ones to put to rest. This exercise is described in the book as descansos.

"This is our meditation practice as women, calling back the dead and dismembered aspects of ourselves, calling back the dead and dismembered aspects of life itself...the great work before us is to learn to understand what around and about us and what within us must live, and what must die."
~ Clarissa Pinkola Estés
