A LA CARTÉ WORKSHOPS
Mindfulness workshops are a great way to kick-off a project, include in off-sites and events, as well as build morale and strengthen your team. Workshops can be 1 hour or half-day. I'll work with you to customize a program that meets your objectives. Workshops include a talk, meditation, and interactive exercise. Movement practices can be added when appropriate.

MINDSET UPGRADE PROGRAM
The Mindset Upgrade Program is my signature program to help individuals and teams build self-awareness, compassion, gratitude, and resilience. Through a series of mindfulness practices* participants learn to bring calm, clarity, and connection into their life and work. These practices can increase emotional intelligence creating happier, more collaborative teams.
This program begins with a half-day workshop to explain the concepts, benefits, and practices through meditations and interactive exercises. The workshop is followed by a 28-day online program to guide participants to apply what they've learned to their workday. Each module will provide additional resources as well as short, daily practices.

*Practices are based on positive psychology, Google's Search Inside Yourself emotional intelligence program, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, as well as ancient traditions.
