Day 3: Abhyanga
Day 3 Practice
In today's practice, you'll be doing a juicy Ayurveda practice called abhyanga or body oiling. You can do this before you shower using coconut, sunflower, or olive oil. You can warm up the oil by running it under hot water or if you have a Mr. Coffee warmer, place the oil in a ceramic cup. Please don't microwave it, because it might become too hot!
As you massage your body, really focus on how you feel, and send each part of your body thoughts of love, gratitude, and care. There are detailed instructions in your workbook too.
