Day 2: Goddess Yoga Flow

Day 2 Practice

In today's practice, you'll be doing a 25-minute yoga flow. This flow is grounding and strengthening.  What I love most about yoga, is that it requires us to turn inward and really focus on how our bodies feel. You can think of my cues as a suggestion, but take postures and shapes that feel good to you.

After your practice, ask your body "What does it need today?" Share its response with the group!

Tomorrow I'll share a juicy Ayurvedic self-care practice that will nourish your body and spirit.
