Free Community Practices
During this time, it's vital that we stay healthy, calm, and feel a sense of community with each other. As the world responds to COVID-19 and many studios have closed, I will be offering free online yoga and meditation practices every Monday from 4 - 5 PM EST. Each week I will provide a different yoga practice including vinyasa, power, goddess, and restorative, as well as a variety of meditations and talks.
