Free Weekly Vinyasa and Meditation Practice
Livestream class every Monday from 4-5 PM EST
Please join me for this one hour class that offers a dynamic blend of breathwork, strength building postures, creative sequencing, and meditation. You will leave the class feeling grounded, strong, and inspired. This class is for All Levels. You just need a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a good attitude.
Props aren't required, but if you have them, please bring them. 28 oz. cans or rolls of toilet paper make pretty good blocks, and you can use a belt instead of a strap. These are not necessary, but sometimes helpful.
